Edelrid’s HMS Strike Triple FG locking carabiner automatically locks itself ever time you let go of the gate for the enhanced security climbers look for. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t double- and triple-check your belay device before you tell your climber to climb on. Edelrid added a spring bar to this carabiner to prevent cross-loading for an even safer belay.
